Small paper porcelain mugs and vases 20.5. and 27.5.2022

Porcelain allows for a thin, even transparent wall in the dish. The glazing colors appear bright and delicate on a white porcelain surface. In the course we make mugs and small vases with handbuilding techniques. You can try out pressing patterns, underglaze colors and glazing techniques. The transparent Celadon-style glazes are ideal for use with porcelain. Tip! You can bring plant branches, your own lace cloth or something from which you can get an interesting print surface.

Price includes teaching (in Finnish, English guidance possible), all materials, firing and vat 24%. Prior experience in clay working not required.
